We had a lovely time staying at Ben Macdui, it had everything we needed was warm and clean and so close to amenities.
The staff in the post office and gallery were lovely and when we attended church on Sunday we were made very welcome. I can thoroughly recommend staying not only in the house but the village of Boat of Garten.

Enjoyed a wonderful 3 nights at Ben Macdui. BOG is a perfect little village, very close to Aviemore and surrounding area and a great place to come back to after a day exploring! Made use of the fire and it soon warmed up, we were all toasty within minutes. Definitely stay again in future.

Very comfortable, quiet and conveniently located.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in 'Ben Macdui' while walking up some of the local Munros. The house is within 30 minutes driving time from both the main north Cairngorm car parks (Sugar Bowl, Coire na Ciste, etc) and Glen Feshie. 'Ben Macdui' is well equipped and provisioned and has all the working facilities you could possibly want. The Boat of Garten Hotel is less than 10 minutes walk away and provides very good value for money food. I can highly recommend this property without reservation.

It has been a few years since we stayed in Ben Macdui. It was good to see that it is still a very comfortable, well equipped holiday home. We really enjoyed our stay last week which had the added bonus of beautiful weather.

We have just returned from a week staying at Ben Macdui with our daughter and husband and 2 grandchildren. The house was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped.
Lovely village with good restaurant and a couple of shops. Plenty for all of us to enjoy nearby :cycling, golf, swimming, walking. Hope to return.
